Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had mixed aspects with clean but old rooms and a not so pleasant scent. The staff was professional and kind, especially Mr Mohammed. The location was convenient for walking to the historical part of town but a bit far from the airport. The dining experience was good, especially for jain vegetarian options. Despite falling into pieces and lacking facilities, the hotel was clean and had a good location.
The hotel has well-furnished and very clean rooms, but they felt a bit humid and not well-maintained. Unfortunately, there were no facilities open in the evenings and no hot water available. The service was friendly and efficient, especially the reception manager. The location is good for walking to the historical part of town. The dining experience was varied and delightful. The facilities were lacking with falling apart pieces and not very clean.
The hotel's location was good, allowing for easy access to the historical part of town. However, the rooms were falling to pieces and quite dirty, lacking hot water. The service from the Egyptian receptionist was very cooperative and supportive, offering clean and neat rooms. The dining experience, particularly the breakfast, was delightful, varied, and flavorful. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel's facilities were satisfactory.
I found the hotel to have very spacious rooms that unfortunately did not have a pleasant scent and seemed quite unkempt. Despite the lack of hot water and cleanliness issues, the rooms themselves were large. The evening facilities were also not available, adding to a sense of neglect. The hotel's location was convenient for walking to the historical part of the city. The dining experience was varied and flavorful, but the overall facilities seemed lacking and in need of improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were very humid and felt like they hadn't been used for the longest time, falling to pieces, with no hot water and quite dirty. However, the rooms are very spacious and cozy. Unfortunately, there were no facilities open in the evenings, and there was not a pleasant scent lingering.
